Christians dalit protest in IndiaCristianos dalit protestan en India

At least three thousand Christians, the dalit people and activists of human rights of the whole India congregated in New Delhi to protest yesterday.

The declaration had for title: "They stop the violence against the Christians”. Christians of eight states of India protested against the ápatica answer of the government of India about the increase of the anti-Christian attacks.

The Advice Cristiano de India, political leaders and of human rights they took part in the yesterday protest. According to the demonstrators, in 2006, the Advice Cristiano de India registered at least an attack every three days but that has increased to an attack every happening one day during the first four months of 2007.

Many Christians believe that these attacks owe to the big quantity of the people who turns Christ. The nationalists hindúes see this like a threat to the culture of India. One of the demonstrators says that the Christianity has been limited to a “day religion” since the people feel insecure of realizing adoration services after the evening.

The Mumbai Christians organized a declaration in solidarity sample. Let's pray because the church grows despite the violence against the Christians and because the believers are brave at the time of testifying.
